Bangers And Mash, Irish Soda Bread, Colcannon Mashed Potatoes and Shepherd’s Pie are all great choices for a St. Patrick’s Day potluck.

What is a traditional St. Patrick’s Day dinner?

In the United States, it’s traditional to serve corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick’s Day but that’s not actually what they eat in Ireland. A traditional Irish dinner would be more along the lines of this lamb stew recipe from Donal Skehan, a well known foodie in Ireland.
