A Woman Was Driving Through A Remote part.

A woman from New York was driving through a remote part of Arizona when her car broke down.

An American Indian on horseback came along and kindly offered her a ride to the nearest town.

She climbed onto the horse behind him, and they set off together.

Every few minutes during the ride, the Indian would let out a loud

“Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a!” that echoed through the hills and canyons.

When they arrived in town, he dropped her off at the service station, gave one final

“Ye-e-e-e-h-a-a-a-a!” and rode off into the distance.

Curious, the service station attendant asked,

“What did you do to make him so excited?”

The woman, puzzled, replied,

“Nothing! I just held onto what I thought was the saddle horn to keep from falling off.”

The attendant smiled and said,

“Ma’am, that horse doesn’t have a saddle.”
