An Old Man Worked Hard His Entire Life.

A very frugal old man who worked hard his entire life and saved every penny possible.

He decided that because he put so much effort into it he wanted to die with all his money.

The old man made his wife promise to bury him with every cent to his name.

Finally, the day came and the old man died.

At the funeral, as they were about to close the casket for the final time, his wife yelled out,

“Wait just a minute!”

She walked over to the casket and placed a locked box inside with her husband.

A friend next to her asked,

“My goodness, did you put all his money in the casket?”

The wife said,

“Yes, I gathered it all in my bank account and wrote him a check for the entire amount.”
