Her bra was snapped by a boy at school. What She Did After That Is Priceless.

A Boy At School Snapped Her Bra. What She Did Next Is Gold.

This storey will enthral you, but I’m confident you’ll be pleased with the outcome. A female student refuses to be bullied and speaks up for her rights… When the mother comes, she expertly defends her daughter’s conduct! Women should not have to deal with such situations, so why should children be subjected to them?

We are not allowed to have our phones on us as Emergency Room nurses; they must be kept in our lockers. On a private line, a call comes into hospital reception for me.

“This is [Teacher] from [School] on the phone,” she says. [Daughter] has been involved in an incident. We require your presence.”

“Is she sick or hurt?” I inquire. “Can it wait until the end of my shift in two hours?”

“[Daughter] has struck another pupil,” says the phone. We’ve been attempting to contact you for the past 45 minutes. It’s a difficult situation.”

When I arrive at the school, I am escorted to the Principal’s office. My daughter, adviser, a male instructor, the Principal, a boy with blood around his nose and a red face, and his parents are among the people I observe.

“How sweet of you to FINALLY join us, Mrs. [My Name]!” says the Principal.

“Yeah, things get busy at the ER,” I said. I just finished giving almost 40 stitches to a seven-year-old boy who had been beaten with a metal spoon by his mother, and then I had to deal with the police about it. “We apologise for the inconvenience.”

(He tells me what happened after I watch him attempt not to be ashamed.) My daughter’s bra had been snapped, and she had hit him in the face twice. They seemed to be more upset with my daughter than with the male.)

“Oh,” I say. And you want to know if I’m going to file charges against him and the school for allowing him to attack my daughter sexually?”

(When I mention sexual assault, they all become restless and begin speaking simultaneously.)

“I don’t think it was that serious,” the teacher says.

“Let’s not overreact,” says the advisor.

“I think you’re missing the point,” says the Principal.

(At this point, the Boy’s mother begins to cry.) To discover out what happened, I turn to my daughter.)

“He kept snapping my bra,” says the daughter. I requested that he cease, but he refused, so I informed Mr. [Teacher]. I was told to ‘ignore it.’ [Boy] did it again and unfastened my bra, so I smacked him in the face. Then he came to a halt.”

(I turn to face the instructor.)

“You let him do this?” I ask. Why didn’t you intervene? Come over here and let me run my hand over the front of your pants.”

“What?!?” exclaims the teacher. No!”

“Does that strike you as inappropriate?” I ask. Why don’t you put Mrs. [Advisorbra ] ‘s on right now? Please take a look at how much she enjoys it. Or on the bra of that Boy’s mother. Or yours. Do you think it’s fun merely because they’re kids?”

“Mrs. [My Name],” says the Principal. [Daughter] still hit another youngster, with all due respect.”

“No,” I say. She defended herself against a sexual assault by another student. Look at his stats: he’s about 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. She stands 5 feet tall and weighs 84 pounds. He’s a foot taller and twice as heavy as she is. Should she have let him touch her so many times? What should she have done if the person expected to support and safeguard her in a classroom couldn’t be bothered? He yanked so hard on her bra that it came undone.”

(The Boy’s mother is still crying, and his father appears irritated and humiliated.) The teacher will not look me in the eyes. I turn to face the Principal.)

“I’m taking her home,” I said. I believe the youngster has grasped his lesson. And I sincerely hope that nothing like this ever happens to another girl at this school, not just [Daughter]. You wouldn’t allow him to do it to a coworker, so why do you think he can do it to a 15-year-old girl is beyond me. This will be brought to the attention of the school’s administrators. And if you ever touch my daughter again—” *turning to the Boy* “—I WILL have you arrested for sexual assault. Do you get what I’m saying?”

I was so furious that I packed my daughter’s belongings and fled. I reported it to the School Board, including numerous people I know, and was promised that it would be taken seriously.

My daughter was moved to a different class for that topic, away from the teacher and the Boy.
