I Didn’t Realize the Shakes I Was Taking Helped Me Lose Weight

Fitness and self-love have urged people eagerly to watch some healthy ways to lose weight and to gain attractive physic. People put a lot of effort by trying nutritional guidance, workout plans and even supplements to look better and people still don’t stop to shame their bodies. Once I just randomly knocked the weighing machine and what I saw was astonishing. My weight drop that was not really apparent to me made me think that what had caused this and after reviewing my whole lazy and junky routine, this one thing I could credit it for. Now, I’m taking this battle to the next level and I have lost comparatively a lot of weight that is quite observable and I’ve never loved my body this much.

Mango weight loss shake

You can twist the name for better weight losing visual feel, eh?

Ingredients

¼ c mango cubes
¼ cup vanilla yogurt (fat-free)
1 cup milk
¼ mashed avocado
Some ice cubes
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice

Making

Just leave all of the above-mentioned ingredients into a blender and merge them until everything is smooth. Take it out in a glass, garnish it as per you own choice and enjoy your time. 1 serving of this shake will take only 5 minutes or maybe less than this and interestingly this one glass of mango shake will provide you with 5g proteins and 5g fiber. I wonder that’s what kept me off-food for those hours!

Peanut butter and banana amalgamate

Ingredients

½ yogurt (fat-free)
½ cup milk
¼ banana
2 tbsp peanut butter (natural, creamy and unsalted)
1 tbsp honey
Some ice cubes

Making

Again, blend all of the ingredients finely until everything is smooth. Pour the shake into the glass and enjoy the fresh delicious gulps of 18 g proteins, 3 g fiber, 3.5g saturated fat and 151 mg sodium.

Blueberry Wonders

Not to forget, Blueberries are the fruits which are famous for their weight losing affects.

Ingredients

1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup unsweetened blueberries
1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil
Some ice cubes

Making

1 cup milk
1 peeled and sliced orange

2 tbsp. cashew butter
