They say good things come in threes and that’s especially true for me next month. For the first three days of the month, we have three birthdays in a row. My hubby kicks it off, next it’s my mom’s birthday and on the third day, my daughter Ashling is our grand finale.

All these birthdays mean that I need a lot of cards and it adds up fast. That’s why I was so thrilled to discover Paper Thread by American Greetings at Dollar General.

I already knew that Dollar General had great prices on everything else, so it was no surprise that they had great prices on cards too. When I found the Paper Thread display, I was impressed with the price but even more impressed with the quality.

These premium cards are so nice, nobody would ever guess that I paid so little. They’re made with high quality material and decorated with unique finishings. The best part is that even though they look expensive, they’re only $3.50 each! That means that these cards won’t break the bank, especially this month when I’m buying birthday cards in bulk!

 Great Variety

There’s a really great variety, too. The birthday cards alone ranged from stylish and sophisticated to silly and fun. This “party animal” card was one of my favorites…so cute!

Paper Thread has so much more than just birthday cards, though. You can find cards for weddings, new babies, thank you cards, and everyday occasion cards. Their beautifully designed blank cards can be customized to fit any occasion.

We had everyone covered. Paper Thread cards that are perfect for the kids, grandparents, and everybody in between. I even bought a few extras.

My neighbor just had a baby, and I’ve been meaning to do something special for her too. I thought this card would be perfect for a gift basket.

If you need a card for a wedding, these are the perfect combination of elegant and stylish.

It’s always good to have a few blank cards stashed away, too. You never know when you’ll need them, and they’re great for when you want to send a card “just because.” Maybe someone you know is having a rough week or you just want to let someone special know that you’re thinking of them. I always love surprises like this, so it’s fun brighten someone else’s day too.

For now, I was focused on birthday cards. I had a lot to fill out!
