Game Day is just around the corner and I’m getting ready! I know most people say they like the commercials best but for me, it’s all about the Super Bowl food. What would football be without hot wings, chips and cheese dips, right? I also love these yummy avocado deviled eggs and you can never go wrong with bacon and cheese jalapeno poppers.
Awhile back I made this creamy pickle dip and it turned out so good that I decided it was time to make more cheese dip recipes. I made an awesome sausage dip that turned out so delish, you’ll want to double it if you’re feeding a crowd…it’s definitely going to disappear fast! This sausage cream cheese dip filled with cheddar and cream cheese uses hot sausage to give it just the right amount of kick.
Ready to make your own sausage dip recipe? It’s super easy and you’re going to want to make it again and again!
Sausage Dip
Start by browning the sausage in a pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, cheddar and dijon mustard. (These mixing bowls are my new favorite!)
Mix the ingredients well.
Place the sausage dip mixture in an oven safe dish.
Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, until cheese just starts to brown. You can throw it under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes to get the cheese a little crustier.
Top with sausage crumbles, shredded cheddar and parsley (optional) and serve hot.
This sausage dip was SO good! Serve it with chips or crackers on the side and dip away!
You are seriously going to want to make this dip recipe for all your parties (and the best part is just how easy it is!)
