Welcome Twins ‘Momma and Babies Are Doing Great’

THE Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr welcomed twins with wife Lauren Burnham as she shares the first look at the newborns.

Bachelor’s Lauren Burnham and Arie Luyendyk welcome twins, a boy and a girl, and ‘momma and babies are doing great!’ . The pair, who wed in January 2019 after they met on his season of the Bachelor, also share 2-year-old daughter Alessi.

Before , the couple shared the news that they would be having one girl and one boy in January with a sweet ɢᴇɴᴅᴇʀ ʀᴇᴠᴇᴀʟ video.

Arie wrote: ” We are ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ! We’ve known for a while and we’re trying to hide it.”

The duo admitted how “hard” it was to keep it a secret, as they showed fans a montage from the ᴍᴏᴍ’s ғɪʀsᴛ ᴛʀɪᴍᴇsᴛᴇʀ.

Though Arie was “blown away” by the news, Lauren shared her ғᴇᴀʀs ᴅᴜᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴘʀᴇᴠɪᴏᴜs ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴs.

She said: “I’m ᴛᴇʀʀɪғɪᴇᴅ, at one point cause I know it’s probably going to be a ᴛʀɪᴄᴋɪᴇʀ ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ. But I’m also really happy because I think it’s gonna be so cool.”

Arie said:” Despite having to go through a ᴅɪFFɪᴄᴜʟᴛ ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ, because of Fᴇᴀʀ ᴅᴜᴇ to ᴘʀᴇᴠɪᴏᴜs ᴘʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴄʏ ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴs. But I am also really happy because I think it will be great”.

Despite all the ᴅɪFFɪᴄᴜʟᴛɪᴇs, the couple welcomed their lovely, healthy twins on June 11. The proud parents also took to social media to show fans their newborn twins.

Arie shared an intimate image of his wife in a ʜᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ gown and sᴜʀɢɪᴄᴀʟ ᴄᴀᴘ, looking happy as she cradled the babies in her ʜᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ bed.

Arie said: “I have never been more proud of my wife than I am now. She is the strongest woman I know and I am so lucky to be on this ɪɴᴄʀᴇᴅɪʙʟᴇ ᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ with her. 2/3 of my heart here right now. Today is bittersweet…we get to leave the ʜᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ. But little sis has to stay behind for now. I’ve never felt ʜᴇᴀʀᴛʙʀᴇᴀᴋ like this. Pʟs ᴘʀᴀʏ Fᴏʀ our little girl.” Arie posted two photos in the ʜᴏsᴘɪᴛᴀʟ ʙᴇᴅ right after giving birth and smiling alongside the twins.

Arie wrote on Instagram: “We are proud parents of a healthy baby boy and girl!” Arie also shared snaps of Lauren holding their daughter’s hand, their newborn son sleeping peacefully and the proud father’s hand on their newborn daughter .

On her own account, proud mom Lauren also posted a similar photo of herself cuddling with the twins and another heartwarming photo of the newborns sleeping side by side, their son seemingly like holding their daughter’s hand.

She wrote: “Happy first week of life to my sweet babies. looking forward to double the diapers, double the feedings, double the snuggles. Can’t ᴡᴀɪᴛ to have you both home.”
